I have used Allison Roderick twice to sell homes. I have gotten a contract for the sale on average 10 days after listing and Allison has worked hard to get me what I wanted on the sales. She is fantastic to work with. On the flip side, she has assisted me with purchasing and building two homes and has been instrumental in guiding me thru the process and making sure my interests are protected. Allison Roderick really made the house buying and selling process enjoyable. Allison Roderick was a tremendous help to me finding a home in the Woodlands area. As I had limited time and did not know the area, she helped me quickly get the "layout of the land". She was always organized when we went out; she gave me a list of homes we would see each day, in the order we would see the homes and had programed the same order of homes in her car's navigation system. Our time spent looking at homes was efficient.

We recently used Realty Executives - Allison Roderick as our realtor to assist us with building our custom home. I can honestly say she was the only person we could count on throughout the entire process. She worked to make sure errors were corrected and that the house was finished before the end of the year.
