ALLISON RODERICK-WHITE

Allison is YOUR accomplished real estate professional! She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Houston Association of Realtors. Allison graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with honors in Business Administration - Marketing. Since her departure from the corporate world, Allison has been recruited by many of the top area Real Estate firms, ultimately establishing Realty Executives of The Woodlands as her home base. Allison is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer with an eye for details and the heart of a teacher.

Allison has also been asked numerous times to give her expert opinion on real estate topics and the market for television shows such as TLC's Property Ladder. 

Allison's business philosophy is to treat every client with respect.  This means returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner and communicating directly with her clients rather than have a secretary or assistant do "all the talking."  When working with Allison, you will have direct access to her to answer any and all questions you might have. 

Allison also has a pro-active attitude.  She would rather take care of an issue before it becomes a problem ensuring that every client has a smooth closing.   When issues do arise with a closing, Allison will honestly communicate with you, give you regular updates and work pro-actively to get the closing back on track.

On a personal note, Allison believes in giving back.  She volunteers on a weekly basis at the "Threads of Love" thrift shop that her church sponsors.  Allison has also given of her time to Memorial Hermann's "In the Pink of Health" event as well as numerous other worthwhile causes. 

CRAIG WHITE

Craig graduated from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos Texas with a Bachelor of Science.  Craig started his professional career in the financial services industry.  His real estate career started with a relocation company based out of Dallas. 

Craig acts as the director of business development for the team as well as specializes in new home construction.  Craig is also familiar with almost every area and neighborhood in Houston.  He likes to stay on top of any new construction areas and areas that are growing.  He puts in almost 200 miles per day on the road!

In his freetime, Craig is a "car lover."  Mustangs are his passion and he is currently rebuilding a 1984 Mustang Convertible.
